Massage Therapies
We are happy to offer you a variety of treatments provided by our team of professional masseurs for a single guest, or couples.
Classic Swedish massage: The treatment includes a full body massage, stimulating blood circulation, relieving mental and muscular stress, balance and general relaxation.
Hot stone massage: A body massage method that uses hot oil and hot basalt stones that, when placed on the body, create changes in temperature in various parts of the body. The combination of oil and hot stones inspires a sense of security, inner peace, connection and balance between body and mind.
Deep Tissue Massage: Deep tissue massage refers to a massage technique that focuses on the deep layers of muscle tissue. The goal is to release chronic tension and pressure in the body.
Combined massage: Combined massage is a collective name for a variety of massages that use the familiar massage methods with the addition of unique techniques.
Shiatsu: Massage therapy that was primarily developed in Japan. It involves applying pressure to specific points on the body, moving from one point to another in a rhythmic sequence.

Give yourself a quiet hour during your vacation for this gentle form of physical activity that can increase your flexibility and muscle tone, as well as put you in touch with your breathing.
The classes last one hour and are taught by qualified and experienced yoga teachers: Hagit and Yonatan Grossman, owners of Panima Studio - Yoga and Dance Studio.

Guided tour of Ein Karem
A two-hour long journey through time in the enchanting village, from the Second Temple period, the beginning of Christianity and the first Muslim period to the picturesque alleys of today. Along the way, fig trees and pomegranates, and a meeting with locals in their home and their art.
Aganist the spectacular view of the Judaen Hiils you will stop at the Biblical meeting place of Miriam and Elisheva at the spring beneath the old mosque of the village, visit the monasteries and churches scattered through the village and maybe, if we are lucky... also meet with monks and nuns.
The tour is led by certified guides, residents of Ein Karem.
